Nationals of Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi and Central African Republic as well as nationals of other countries and stateless persons residing (official proof of residence is required) in these four countries will be able to apply for their Ukrainian visas to the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Rwanda.
