Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "With mere hours until Ukraine’s ceasefire proposal comes into force, Russia shows no signs of preparing to end hostilities. On the contrary, Moscow intensifies terror.   

A few hours ago, Russia dropped air bombs on the center of Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, killing at least 5 people and injuring 12 more. Another Russian strike on Zaporizhzhia killed today at least 12 people and injured 37 more. In the evening, Russian terrorists attacked Dnipro, and as of now, 4 people were killed. Civilians were targeted again. 

Instead of clearly responding to Ukraine’s suggestion, Russia continues to kill, lie, and deny. 

We urge clear and strong public statements by all leaders, ministers, and heads of international organisations. Please, take the side of peace and make your position clear".
